Cargo van or container?

A cargo van is the best option when the total volume is up to 15 m³. It is especially convenient when placing a container in the yard is difficult, carrying from upper floors is required, or it’s important to solve everything “in one day”: arrive → collect → remove.

When a cargo van is more cost-effective

  • Difficult access: yard, barrier, narrow driveway, limited parking.
  • Carrying from an apartment/office is needed (floor, elevator, stairs).
  • You need to clear the space fast with no waiting or “container organization”.

When a container makes more sense

  • Long renovation — waste accumulates for weeks.
  • Large volumes of construction waste.
  • You have space for a container + permits (if needed).

What we remove

We collect what most often gets in the way of living and working and cannot be thrown away as regular household waste. If your volume is “mixed”, we will advise how to organize it in the most cost-effective way.

1) Bulky items

  • Sofas, mattresses, armchairs, wardrobes, wall units, tables, chairs.
  • Furniture removal from basements, attics, garages and storage rooms.

2) Household appliances and electronics

  • Washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers.
  • Office equipment: printers, computers, other electronics.

3) Construction and renovation waste

  • Packaging, drywall, debris, mixed leftovers after renovation.
  • Waste after demolition/renovation — in bags or loose (depending on the situation).

4) Clean-out / junk removal

  • Apartments after tenants, clearing out clutter.
  • Offices/warehouses after moving, clearing storage rooms.

What we do not remove

There are categories of waste that cannot be mixed with regular waste (hazardous/special waste). If you have such waste — we will advise how to prepare it properly and where it should be delivered according to regulations.

How to make removal faster and cheaper

To avoid paying for extra minutes and additional trips, use a simple “3-group” approach. It speeds up loading and makes the estimate clearer.

1) “Large items”

Furniture, mattresses, big objects — separate from small items.

2) “Bags”

Everything small and loose — into strong bags (faster to carry and load).

3) “Appliances”

Appliances and electronics — separately (easier to dispose properly).

If you don’t want to sort

No problem — we can do it carefully, but even minimal grouping usually speeds things up.

How the price is calculated — transparent and without “magic”

On the market you usually see two pricing models. We explain in advance which option fits your case, so the final amount is clear.

Option A — by volume

You pay for the actual volume. This works well when the waste is easy to estimate and doesn’t require difficult carrying.

Option B — by working time + disposal fees

Best when there is a lot of carrying from upper floors, difficult access, furniture dismantling, or work with multiple stops. Time and conditions are agreed in advance.

Outside Tallinn service is available — usually with an additional per-kilometer fee (agreed before arrival).

Legal disposal: what it really means

The key is not the word “disposal”, but the result: waste is delivered to an official facility, and you understand what was delivered and why it belongs to a specific category. For businesses and sites we can also handle documentation — by agreement.

How long does removal take?

Most often — from 30 minutes to a few hours. It depends on floors, elevator, volume, access to the entrance and how the waste is prepared (bags / bulky / appliances).

Do I need to disassemble furniture myself?

Not necessarily. But if large furniture is disassembled in advance, it usually loads faster and fits stairs more easily.

Can you remove “mixed renovation waste”?

Yes. This is one of the most common scenarios. We will advise how to pack and separate it so everything is faster and more cost-effective.

Do you work across Estonia, not only Tallinn?
